About Us


Jason Jenkins has been with Twin City Security since 2009. He served in the United States Navy from 1984 until he was honorably discharged in 1988. He began his law enforcement career with the Lee County Sheriff's office in 1988 as a Deputy Sheriff where he was responsible for patrolling the Lee County area and enforcing all local, state, and federal laws. He transferred to the City of Auburn Police Department in 1990 and worked as a patrolman before being promoted to detective. He worked six years as a detective investigating all types of criminal cases and preparing the cases for prosecution in local, state, and federal courts. Mr. Jenkins served for fifteen years on the Auburn Tactical Unit and held several instructor certifications such as firearms instructor, taser instructor, distraction device instructor, pressure point control tactics instructor, field training officer, oleoresin capsicum instructor, and specialty impact munitions instructor. In addition, Mr. Jenkins is also certified as a security trainer by the Alabama Security Regulatory Board. He retired from the City of Auburn in January 2009.
